As per the instruction & approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and Dhaka University, a 15 member Governing Body has been formed with its Chairman Mr. Kazi Rafiqul Alam, also the President of DAM & Chairman of AMCGH Governing Body. The other members of the committee are as follows:

Associate Professor, Anaesthesia, Analgesia & Intensive Care, BSMMU, Dhaka
Professor, ENT, Head & Neck Specialist & Surgeon, Dept. of ENT, DMCH, Dhaka
Joint Secretary (Budget Branch), Medical Education & Family Welfare Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka
Managing Director & Senior Consultant, Radiation Oncology, AMCGH, Uttara, Dhaka
Former Prof. of DU, Treasurer & ProVC of AUST. Presently, Vice President, DAM
The rest 4 members of the Governing Body will be selected from the Teachers & Guardians’ representatives in due course of time. The Governing Body will formulate all Policy Matters of AMMC, while regular administrative activities will be carried out by the concerned employees of AMMC, AMCGH & DAM under the direct supervision of the Principal.
